A RESOLUTION ORDERING <br />PREPARAtlON OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATTOI^S <br />FOR NORTH ARM LANE PAVING IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS^ the City of Orono is a municipal coiporation existing under the laws <br />of die State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a feasibility study to determine the <br />feasibility of paving North Arm Lane; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 22, 2002 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 4843 <br />receiving the feasibility report and calling for a public hearing for the North Arm Lane paving <br />improvement; and <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing <br />was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 12th day of August 2002, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council does <br />hereby direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and qiecifications for the paving of North Arm <br />Lane. <br />Adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on August 26,2002 by a vote <br />ayes and____nays. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
