The <br />site is located at 2180 Abingdon Way. The proposed work includes soil corrections and export of <br />excavated n*aterial to 2150 Abingdon Way. We have the following comments with regards to <br />engineering matters: <br />• The existing drainage easement dots not encompass the delineated wetland along the east <br />and west property boundaries. The applicant should to correct the d.^ainage eiisemcnts to <br />provide coverage over all wetlands on the property. <br />• Heavy-duly silt fence (detail attached) should be installed prior to any construction activity. <br />The silt fence should ^ installed at the loc ations highlighted on the attached drawing. <br />• The drawings should identify the alternate septic site location on Lot 6 sc that it can be <br />fenced and protected from construction activity. <br />• The narrative provided by James Robin quantifies total cut and fill of 1,040 cubic >ard.s of <br />material. Approximately 120 cubic yards w il! be trucked off site and 500 cubic yards will be <br />installed on Lot 5.
