Remove shed in 0-75’ setback zone. <br />2. Remove and sod over south driveway. <br />3. Remove all stone borders. <br />4. Remove 50 s.f of unnecessaiy boulder walls-indicated on Exhibit B of resolution. <br />5. Allow a 2 ’ X 60 ’ sidewalk from drive to front door. <br />6. Approved hardcover in 75-250' setback zone at 4,992 s.f (28.88%). <br />The applicant agrees with all the above items except a removing a portion of urmecessary boulder <br />wall. The portion of unnecessary wall approved to be removed that the applicant has an issue with is <br />the tree ring, indicated as “A” on Exhibit B of the resolution. The rock wall surrounds a red maple <br />tree and the applicant is concerned about the tree, tree roots and erosion as a result of removing the <br />rocks. The portion which loops around the tree is approximately 20 s.f Tom Kellogg, did visit the <br />site prior to the July 8, 2002 City Council meeting and determined this wall was not needed for <br />erosion control. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />To approve the enclosed resolution. <br />Council Action Requested: <br />To adopt or amend the enclosed resolution.
