The garage addition includes an enclosed walkway that is intended to attach the proposed <br />garage to the house. The new additions require variances to permit new structure and hardcover <br />within 75 ’ of the lakeshore and additional hardcover within the 75-250 ’ lakeshore setback. The <br />garage is proposed to have a second story “bonus room” including adding two dormer w indows <br />on the north side of the e.xisting roof. A detached garage was constructed in 1998 that is <br />proposed to remain on the property. <br />Variances Requested: <br />I.
