Nursery <br />2350 West Wayzala Boulevard <br />Page 3 of 5_____________ <br />PUD Agreement Permitted Uses <br />The property Is zoned PUD with B-6 as the underlying zoning district. The permitted uses are <br />those uses listed as permitted in the B-6 district and those uses permitted as B-I, except those <br />items as listed on page I of this memo and page 2 of the PUD Agreement. With the underlying <br />zoning district of B-6 the only permitted uses available on the property are; <br />I. Offices (business and professional) <br />. 2. Banks and financial institutions <br />3. Libraries <br />4. Motels and hotels <br />For Lot I only, the PUD Agreement also lists permitted uses for this property as the nursery and <br />garden center. Because of the retail nature of the shopping center a number of B-I uses were also <br />allowed to be located within the building. The permitted uses in the B-I district are listed below. <br />Those items crossed out are those items that were excluded from the B-I uses allowed on the <br />property. <br />1.
