Certincate of General Liability Insurance <br />2. Approval from Orono Police Department <br />3. Approval from Orono Building and Zoning Department <br />4. Site Plan <br />The following conditions have been placed on this event: <br />• No parking allowed on Elmwood Avenue. Grandview Avenue, Loma Linda or Park Avenue. <br />• Parking to be restricted to one side of County Road 151 only. Vehicles must be parked <br />entirely to the right of the fog line. <br />• Live music requires ‘noise standards exemption'. Music to be directed away from the water <br />and will be allowed from 4:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. The Police Department shall retain the <br />right to stop the band/music if they are creating unreasonable levels of noise as determined <br />by the Police Department. <br />• Mennepin County SherifTs Water Patrol should receive courtesy notification about the <br />number of boats that may be expected in the area. <br />• Written notification of the event should be given to all neighbors and households located on <br />Forest Lake. This letter should give the date and time of the event, as well as w ho to contact <br />if there arc any objections. <br />• Liquor not to be provided to anyone under 2 1 years of age. Access to liquor areas will be <br />controlled and bartenders/servers are instructed to check ID's of anyone appearing to be <br />under the age of 35. Guests to be informed in advance of ID requirement. <br />• This special events permit is subject to immediate revocation by the Orono Police <br />Department upon violation of any City Ordinances, identification of hazards to safet>' of the <br />public, or non-compliance with permit conditions.
