The current expiration date <br />for the moratorium is July 11, 2002. The City is continuing to study issues related to telecommunications <br />towers, and to review its telecommunications regulations to ensure the City's regulations continue to be <br />adequate. It is recommended the interim moratorium be extended to December 10, 2002.
