She stated that she would be more comfortable with the <br />proposal if the hours of operation could be limited, lighting altered, and screening increased. <br />Bremer maintained that the Commission was presented with a legitimate application, which fulfills the <br />City's desire to get people into the industrial area. <br />Mr. Johnson stated that the applicant is well aware that huge restrictions will accompany approval of this <br />site and they are willing to work with the City to come to an agreement. <br />Berg asked if the applicant would be opposed to more screening. <br />Mr. Johnson asked if the Commission would find the screening acceptable if the berm were one foot <br />higher and wrapped the comer. <br />Smith asked the Commission to further define the findings and work through the parameters. <br />Wid) regard to item J2, the planting islands, Mr. Johnson pointed out four islands detailed in his initial <br />PAGE 35 OF 42 <br />1 <br />i
