Section 10.23, Subdivision 6 (B): Lot Area: The lot is 1.5 acres where 2 acres is the minimum lot <br />area for the LR-1A zoning district for new construction. <br />Application Summaiy: The applicants own the subject property and are requesting a lot area <br />variance to construct a new residence on the lot. The existing residence that was constructed in the <br />early 1950's will be demolished. <br />The lot is approximately l.S acres and the minimum lot area requirement is 2 acres. A lot area <br />variance is required to construct a new residence. <br />The subject property is serviced by an on-site septic system. The applicants have provided primary <br />and alternate septic site locations for the property.
