Addendum to Permit Application for Navarre Dog Days of Summer <br />This addendum addresses #5,7,8,9,10,13,14,15,16, & 17 (see attached). <br />#5—Access to beer/band area to be through Narrows only if ID can be <br />checked and people can’t wander freely into Citgo, Daghmer ’s, etc. <br />The area to be fenced off will not allow people to wander freely into <br />surrounding businesses. There will be a person at the door of The Narrows and <br />outside at a designated entrance/exit checking ID. <br />#7,9, & 10—Permit must say ’’Music Will End by 8:00 p.m.” and ”Outdoor <br />Alcohol to end by 8:00 p.m.”. Outdoor alcohol not to start before 4:00 p.m. <br />(Sales/Possession). <br />#8—Plan for alternative non-alcoholic beverages <br />Bottled water will be provided outside. <br />#13-—Will hard liquor be allowed to go from bar out into fenced area? <br />Hard liquor will not be allov'e i to go from bar out into fenced area. <br />#14—Will Dram Shop coverage extend to event sales? <br />Dram Shop coverage will extend to event sales <br />#15—Requirement that City be notified if insurance is cancelled or <br />structure the binder/rider to require City’s consent to cancel insurance <br />The Narrows will notify the City if insurance is cancelled. <br />#16—Permit to specify where liquorA)eer will be dispensed and consumed. <br />Liquor and beer will be served and consumed inside The Narrows Saloon <br />(see #13 above). Beer will be dispensed and consumed in the fenced area and <br />inside The Narrows Saloon. <br />#17—Notify neighbors by letter on Lyric, Livingston, Crystal Place, Blaine, <br />Navarre Ave, Olive Ave, Bayvlew of Event, Live tend. Hours, Etc. <br />See attached letter that was hand delivered to above-mentioned <br />neighbors. Posters in surrounding merchants will also address the calendar of <br />events.
