Staff Recommendation <br />City staff has attended several meetings regarding these new storm water rules, and our <br />recommendation is that a Guide Plan would be a useful tool for completing our NPDES storm <br />water permit application. We are reconunending participation in development of this guide plan <br />\vith funding to be provided from the Storm Water Utility Fund in the amount of $5,000. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Approve City funding of $5,000 to the League of Minnesota Cities for the development of a Guide <br />Plan for the NPDES Phase II Storm Water Permit Application. Funding to be from the Storm Water <br />Utility Fund with a budget adjustment to the year the 2002 Storm Water Utility Fund Budget to <br />reflect this expenditure. <br />i
