Statement of Hardship: <br />The applicants have included their statement of hardship in Exhibit A. The applicants should <br />also be asked for their testimony regarding this issue. <br />Issues for Consideration: <br />1. The accessory structure will not impact adjacent properties. <br />2. The iq;)plicant currently owns both properties. <br />3. Th6 accessory building meets setbacks and size restrictions of the accessory structure <br />ordinance. <br />4.
