The report done on March <br />27,2002 has soil borings to show that the property has two septic sites. These sites are south of the <br />old pool area. Once the variance is approved we will need the design to be drawn up. For the <br />purpose of the variance request this property fulfills the requirement for two new 5-bedroom septic <br />sites.
