Certificate of General Liability Insurance <br />2. Approval from Long Lake Fire Department <br />3. Approval from Lake Minnetonka Conser\'ation District <br />4. Approval from Hennepin County Sheriff s Water Patrol <br />The following conditions have been placed on this event: <br />1. This fireworks/special event permit is subject to immediate revocation by the Orono <br />Police Department upon violation of any City Ordinances or identification of hazards <br />to safety of the public. <br />2. Fireworks to begin no later than 10:00 p.m. <br />3.
