Attached is a letter explaining the purpose of the agreement, as well <br />as several changes to the agreement for the upcoming three-year period, and a resolution authorizing <br />the execution of the Joint Cooperation Agreement. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt the attached resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator to execute the <br />new Joint Cooperation Agreement for Fiscal Years 2003 - 2005. <br />_J
