GapfM <br />Title Director of Public Services <br />Administrator Reviewed:Agenda Section: <br />Public Services Director’s Report <br />Item Description: Approve Purchase of Docks <br />The year 2002 Park Fund Capital Outlay Budget included $7,000 for the purchase of two roll in <br />docks for use on public lake access points. These new docks will replace old wooden docks. We <br />have solicited quotations for these docks and are recommending purchase of the docks from Mullin <br />Marine Brokerage, Maple Plain Minnesota for $6,810. This cost includes two 32 foot aluminum <br />docks with vinyl decking plus three additional 8 foot dock sections. These additional sections will <br />be used to extend several existing docks that are too short. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve the purchase of new docks from Mullen Marine Brokerage, Maple Plain <br />Minnesota iit the amount of $6,810, to be funded from the year 2002 Park Fund Capital Outlay <br />Budget. <br />i <br />i <br />J
