The gazebo structure was designed and <br />is plumbed for a sink and toilet which were never installed. At our last FCHOA board <br />meeting we approved the completion of the sink and toilet installation and septic <br />hookup. It was always our intention to utilize a holding tank system which we have <br />now planned out and are ready to install with the proper permit. <br />Please be aware that this is a seasonal toilet (April 15-October 15) and is only used <br />occasionally (10-15 times per season). Our consultants have recommended a 1,650 <br />gallon tank which would be adequate for one or more seasons. Most likely, the tank <br />would be pumped out at the end of each season. <br />Your attention to this matter is most appreciated, and we would hope to get this <br />approval as soon as practical. It is my understanding that the City Council meets on <br />May 13*'', which would be okay, but if this could be approved sooner "administratively." <br />that would be great.
