City of Orono; John Crotteau <br />Richard Flint <br />Michael Wyatt, District Technician <br />Permits for 1405 6th Avenue North, Orono <br />This rnenx) is designed to inform the City of Orono and the property <br />owner at 1405 6th Avenue North in the City of Orono that from the <br />current proposal, the project proposed at the location stated above <br />apprars to require permits from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br />District. Due to the size of the project, it is apparent that the new <br />home construction will involve the significant amount of excavation <br />(5000 ft’ or 50 ft’) required for the MCWO Rule B: Erosion Control <br />permit In addition, it appears as though there is the potential for <br />wetland and/or floodplain impacts from the proposed cortstruction. <br />Permits for such construction will require Board of Managers <br />approval. Applications such as these typically require 30*45 days <br />prior to permits being issued. <br />Please submit an application for this project for District review as soon <br />as possible. Delays in submittals will ultimately delay the project <br />timeline.
