Customers who do not rent a modem from Mediacom will see an increase of <br />SS.OO 'n their bill as a result of this redistribution of the modem rental charge. Current HSD customers <br />who h ' purchased their own modem will have a $5.00 discount applied to their account for the next <br />12 moiu .s. A separate postcard has been created and will be mailed specifically for these customers <br />explaining the $5.00 discount. <br />Effective with the June 2002 billing statements, the full retail monthly rates for Mediacom Online <br />service are as follows: <br />•Mediacom Online^ with Video Service (no modem rental) <br />•Mediacom OnlinCai with Video Service with modem rental <br />•Mediacom Online^ without Video Service ( no modem rental) <br />•Mediacom Online^ without Video Service with modem rental <br />$40.95 <br />$45.95 <br />$50.95 <br />$55.95 <br />Notice to customers is being provided via direct mail.
