All proposed <br />additions are listed below and are identified on Exhibits D and E. <br />1.To e.xtend the main floor living room out 13’ X 10’. The total foundation addition for the <br />living room addition is 16’ X 19'. The living room addition would encroach further into <br />an existing bluff line. <br />2.To permit a cantilevered bay area on the lakeside of the residence to extend 2' into the <br />blu^setback. (Master bedroom addition) <br />3.To permit a cantilevered bay to extend from the west side of the residence w ithin the <br />bluf^f setback. (Master bath addition)
