The <br />duties of the CSO inclr.de animal law enforcement, responding to emergency call-outs for animal <br />impound, numerous deliveries including council packages, communications equipment, <br />evidence, transportation of squads for maintenance, police and city support duties as assigned. <br />Ads will be placed in several area newspapers. Notices will be sent to local law enforcement <br />schools. It is anticipated that an opening will exist due to the appointment of the current CSO <br />into a part time police officer position. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve advertising for a full time community service officer. <br />U <br />I <br />1
