The initial expenditures authorized by the <br />Council were $13,500, with additional costs to be determined based on the number of new <br />ordinances adopted during the recodification process, and the total number of pages in the Code. <br />The total additional costs are $8,350. Although we are paying additional costs for new ordinances <br />adopted during the recodifleation process, it is beneficial to have these ordinances included in the <br />initial new Code rather than having them added as supplements to the Code. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve the additional $8,350 in costs for the recodification of the City Code, and to <br />amend the General Fund budget to reflect this expenditure.
