Lot 4, Block 1, ORONO OAKS, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota; the title thereto being registered as evidenced by Certificate of Title No. 714099; Tract B. Lot 5, Block 1, ORONO OAKS, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota; the title thereto being registered as evidenced by CertiHcate of Title No. 628711; which lies northeasterly of Line 1 described below: Line 1.
