1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />The property shall be developed in conformance with the site plan attached to this <br />Resolution as Exhibit B. <br />The granting of variances to pennit accessory buildings to remain on the property <br />does not change the status of the buildings as legel non-conforming structures. They <br />are allowed to remain on the property until such time they have reached the end of <br />their useful life. The Orono String Ordinance only permits improvements to non- <br />conforming structures when such improvements do not exceed 50% of the assessed <br />value at the time they became non-conforming. The buildings are allowed only <br />general cosmetic repair. <br />Authorities granted by the variances run with the property not with the applicants, but <br />are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a building permit within <br />one year of the date of Council approval, or these variances will expire on that date <br />(April 22,2003). <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of the variances <br />shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any <br />authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned owners have read, understand and hereby agree to the terms of this <br />resolution and on behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, hereby <br />agree to the recording of this resolution in the Chain of Title of the property. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held on the 22nd day of April, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
