The new house would replace the existing house on the <br />property. Hennepin County tax records estimate a construction date for the existing house to be <br />1900. The location for the new house would be where the existing house is located. The <br />applicants have lived at the property since the 1970s, and have used the property as a single <br />family hobby farm throughout their ownership. <br />The property is located in the RR-I A zoning district requiring a minimum lot size of 5 acres, a <br />front setback of 100' and a side setback of SO’.
