L.. <br />guest house per Section 10.20, Subdivision 3(G); and a conditional use permit to allow plumbing <br />in the accessory building (“pool house ”) per Section 10.20, Subdivision 3(Q). <br />WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br />Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br />Commission held a public hearing on March 18,2002, at which time all persons desiring to be h"'>rd <br />concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br />Minnesota: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />FINDINGS <br />This application was reviewed as Zoning File #02-2761 . <br />This properly is located in the LR-l A Zoning District, where 2 acre is the minimum <br />lot area. The property consists of approximately 6.6 acres. <br />The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on March 18,2002 and <br />recommended approval by a vote of 7 to 0. <br />4. The Planning Commission made the following findings of fact: <br />A. The guest house will not exceed the 2 acre per “dwelling unit” density for <br />properties in the LR-l A zoning district. <br />B. The guest house meets all required principal building setbacks. <br />C. The septic system is designed to handle the wastewater for the principal <br />residence, the guest house and the pool house. <br />D.
