It was die action of the Board to <br />approve diis application with the following conditiODt: <br />• Reimbufsementormafling costs in the amount of S96.40 <br />• Payment of Rule J fees in die amount of $112 JO <br />• SubnuUal of a declaration for the preservation of wetland bufTen which must be executed and <br />recorded <br />• A revised site plan must be submitted showing the tedireciioa of stofoiwaier from impervious <br />surfaces away firom the wetland and mwards Wildhurst Trail <br />Due to die size and conqilcxity of certain projects, the Board, by Rule J, requires that site <br />inspections be conducted. In diete cases, the applicant is required to pay to the District, a fee equal <br />to the actual costs of analysis of the project, field inipeetion, engineering services, legal services, <br />and any lubsequcnt monitoring of the work. These costs are refomd to as Rnle J fees. <br />Once the above mentioned fees have been paid and the other conditions have been met sufT will <br />issue the peimit You are reminded that worii on the prqject cannot begin uadi the permit haa <br />been issued. This permit expires one year from the date of diis letter.
