The City Council has considered this application including the findings and
recommendations of the Planning Commission, reports by City Staff, comments by
the applicants and the effect of the proposed conditional use pemiit on the health,
safety and w elfare of the community.
CONCLUSIONS, ORDER, AND CONDITIONS
Based upon one or more of ne above findings, the Orono City Council hereby denies the
request of the Cities of Long Lake and Orono for a conditional use permit per Municipal Zoning
Code Section 10.75, Subd. 1 to const, jct the hose tow er at the Long Lake Fire Station at a height
of 35’ above grade.
