Ancillary elements of
the Fire Station use such as lighting and signage could have negative impacts on
the neighborhood if not developed in a subdued, low-key manner. Therefore, the
applicants are advised to work with City staff in ensuring that the lighting,
signage and other elements of the Fire Station use are developed in a manner
sensitive to the surrounding area.
Pages of 8
