Council was <br />asked to conside an appropriate name for the new road. The draft plat name, “Willowfire Addition" <br />can be revised if Council wishes to do so. <br />The attached Resolution granting preliminary plat approval incorporates findings and conditions as <br />discussed at your February 25 meeting, including: <br />- waiving park dedication for Lot 1, and deferring park dedication for Outlot A <br />- charging the Stormwater and Drainage Trunk Fee for Lot 1, and deferring it for Outlot A <br />> language regarding the intent that lighting and signage for the Fire Station be low-key <br />- applicant to be charged for the out-of-|K>cket (engineering/legal) fees for processing the <br />subdivision <br />Setback Variance <br />On February 25 Council voted 4-0 to approve the setback variance. The hardships and factors <br />justifying the variance approval have been incorporated into the attached resolution, in addition to <br />the condition that the variance becomes null and void if the sixth bay is not condtructed.
