Since then we have made some revisions to <br />the size of the new garage and the front entry. As a resutt, we need to ask for a <br />new variance for this project in order to get a building permit <br />The garage wes to have been 24’ x 24’ and we would like it to be 24’ x 32’. The <br />front entry was to have been r x 11 ’ and we vaxild like it to be 8’ x 16'. This is a <br />total increase of 243 square feet (192 s.f. of garage and 51 s.f. of entry). The <br />proposed floor plan accompanies this request <br />In the 0-75 ’ setback zone we would like to have 3.814 s.f. of hard cover where <br />4,381 s.f. exists. And in the 75-250 ’ setback zone, we would like to have 7601 s.f. <br />\rhere 7,632 s.f. exists. This change would still yield a total hardcover reduction <br />of 598 s.f. from what exists today. <br />Please let me know when and how we should proceed to get an approval on this <br />request We would like to get a building permit through Bob Boyer Bldg.
