The <br />police department does not have a use for the van. The completion of the forfeiture has <br />been confirmed by Orono City Attorney Ken Potts. The Orono Police would like to <br />dispose of this van through a sealed bid process after listing the van for sale in the <br />newspaper. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />The Orono Police Department would like authorization to sell by sealed bid one 1978 <br />Ford Van (VIN: E14HHCA2153) <br />X \lpps\wpwin60^wpdocs\sue^coullciI.act <br />ii
