Staff from Short Elliott <br />Hendrickson will assist with the monitoring and will be the authors of <br />the required annual reports. Monitoring of the replacement area will <br />be conducted for a minimum five-year period to evaluate the success <br />of the mitigation area, identify maintenance and monitoring needs, and <br />correct any identified problems. Hydrology will be monitored annually <br />at least three times between early May and August.
