The drainage and utility easement was dedicated on the plat of Lake Minnetonka Woods <br />in 1999. Lake Minnetonka Woods is the 29-unit town house development on Livingston Avenue. <br />The purpose of the vacation request is to construct an end town house unit I .S' into the easement <br />area. Copies of the plat showing the easement area and proposed vacation are attached. The total <br />request would vacate an area of less than 10 s.f. The easement area contains both a sewer line and <br />watermain. The closest service is the sewer line which would be located 7.8' when the building is <br />constructed. <br />The City has notified utility companies of the request to vacate a portion of the easement. No <br />concerns from those utilities notified have been received as of the date of this memo.
