The applicants are proposing to <br />remove 550.75 s.f. of hardcover from the 0-75' setback zone, 31 s.f. from 75-250 ’ setback zone <br />for a total 581.75 s.f. from the property. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />The applicants will still be reducing hardcover on the property. The proposed changes are minor <br />and will not affect adjacent neighbors. Staff recommends approval of the proposed changes. <br />Staff will bring a resolution reflecting the changes to the February 25,2002 Council meeting. <br />Optionally, Council could refer this back to the Planning Commission if Council feels the <br />revisions need further review. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Grant conceptual approval of the revised plan and direct staff to bring a revised resolution to the <br />February 25,2002 meeting for adoption. <br />i
