Back in April, 1999, the City Council granted a lot area varianeb^r this proper^ to permit <br />the construction of a seasonal dwelling on the property. As of today's date/ti\e City has not <br />received a request for a building permit from the Applicant. The property is 4^3>^res in size <br />and is landlocked. This property is one of several lots on Big Island that potentiany.^vill request <br />dock rights. <br />Weinberger stated that according to Municipal Code, installing, maintaining, keeping or using^ <br />private dock on any platted public right*of*way, when such a dock has been specifically <br />authorized as part of a permit issued by the Council, is allowed.
