X <br />ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Monday, October 19,1998 <br />ROLL <br />The Orono Planning Commission met on the above date ^th the following members present: <br />Chair Sandra Smith, William Stoddard, Elizabeth Hawn, Dale Lindquist. Commissioner Charles <br />Schroeder arrived at 6:45 p.m., and Commissions Janice Berg and Lili McMillan were absent. <br />The following represented City Staff: City Planner/Zoning Administrator Elizabeth Van Zomeren, <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Paul Weinberger, Senior Planning Coordinator Mike Gaffron, <br />and Recorder Jackie Young. <br />Chair Smith called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. <br />i <br />RENEWALS AND AMENDMENTS: PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />(#1) «4atsLOANN JUNDT, 1400 BR^SKirS POINT ROAD - VARIANCE RENEWAL, 6:32 p.m. <br />6:34 p.m. <br />There v/ere no public cpnffn^ <br />Lindquist mpvCd, Stoddard secondedTtOsq^rove Application #2421,1400 Bracketts Point <br />Road, rpndwal of setback and hardcover variance per the Tindings and conditions of <br />ResoTutions #3786 and #3986.
