This would amount to less than die <br />decrease being required. The patio is 810 s.f. and could be reduced. <br />There were no public conunents. <br />Stoddard moved, Hawn seconded, to approve Application #2305 for lakeshore setback, <br />hardcover variance in 0-75' setback, subject to revised Staff recommendation including a <br />41' lakeshore setback variance for structure to remain at 34’ ftom the OH\V, hardcover <br />variance for a ma.ximum of 4415 s.f. m the 0-75' setback, and plastic UAder landscaping <br />moved in the 6-75' setback. The reduction in hardcover in the 0-75' setback vdll be <br />• • <br />decided by applicant subject to staff approval.
