f) o o CITY of ORONO MV RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 45 7?NO. 7.No park dedication fee is required in conjunction with this plat because no new residential building sites are being created. 8.An easement for trail purposes along Spring Hill Road as outlined in the Trail Agreement (Exhibit D of Resolution No. 3902) and as modified via the Trail Easement Agreement approved by the City Council on June 28,1999 shall be granted to the City as a requirement of plat approval but shall not be required to appear on this plat. 9.Prior to City release of the plat for filing, all requirements of the Trail Agreement (Exhibit D of Resolution No. 3902) and all requirements of the Trail Easement Agreement approved by the City Council on June 28,1999 shall be completed. 10.Prior to City release of the plat for filing, applicant shall provide evidence of fee ownership of the property in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, shall provide certified copies of all existing easements affecting the property, and shall me:t any other title requirements as may be required by the City Attorney. 11. Appl icant shall provide all documents noted in this resolution in a format acceptable to the City Attorney prior to release of the plat for filing. 12. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin County Recorder's Office or Registrar of Titles Office on or before June 11,2001 together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed copies of the easements, deeds and covenants noted above. The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by the date specified above.
