MN 55044 Phone: 612-250-9400 Location of Event: 3595 North Shore Drive Type of Event: 2002 Parade of Homes Spring Preview The following documents are required and on file at the City Administrative Offices: • Certificate of General Liability Insurance • Notification of Neighbors • Parking Plan and Letter from Hennepin County for use of North Arm Landing • Approval from Orono Police Department The follow ing conditions have been placed on this event: • This special event permit is subject to immediate revocation by the Orono Police Department upon violation of any City Ordinances or identification of hazards to safety of the public. • Permit holder to provide shuttle seivice from Hennepin County North Arm Landing, (if snow plowing is required, it will be the permit holder's responsibility as Hennepin County does not routinely plow the lot.) • Signage indicating shuttle serx ice should be placed at the driveway of the event and at North Arm Landing, in a location that will not obstruct the views of traffic. • Permit holder to contact Hennepin Count>' for permission to post “No Parking" signs from County Road 19 to Highwood Road and County Road 151 to Cherry Avenue if the County has not posted official signage. • Permit holder is responsible for repairing any damage related to parking on neighboring properties as a result of the event. • Permit holder is responsible for removing all related signs at the end of the event.
