The City may finance <br />some or all of the expenditures on these purchases internally, but expects to issue <br />equipment certificates to finance a portion of the vehicle costs and to reimburse any City <br />expenditures for these vehicles. The attached resolution is required for the purpose of <br />complying with treasuiy regulations to permit the reimbursement of expenditures prior to <br />the sale of the equipment certificates.
