The matters set forth in the “Whereas” clauses on page one of this <br />Agreement are incorporated into and made a part hereof by this reference. <br />Survival of Provisions. It is expressly understood and agreed that the obligations and <br />warranties of the Entity under Sections 3,4,5,6,7.6, and 7.7 hereof and the obligations <br />fln<l warranties of the Entity and the County which by their sense and context are intended <br />to survive the performance thereof by the Entity and the County, shall so survive the <br />completion of performance and termination or cancellation of this Agreement. <br />Authority.
