1 should note that this is not the first contact with the City in regard to this situation. <br />Since 1996 Todd Martin has talked with several City of Qrono representatives on several <br />occasions. To date nothing has been done. <br />At this time I would ask the City of Orono to allow Mr. Greg Gappa to work with me to <br />correct this runoff problem. <br />Sincerely, <br />Scott A.
