Hardcover variance for the 75-250’ zone to allow 37.6% hardcover when 25% is <br />normally allowed and 50.5% currently exists. <br />2. Hardcover variance for the 250-500’ zone to allow 42.7% hardcover when 30% is <br />normally allowed and 55% currently exists. <br />3. Side yard setback variance to allow a setback of 2.8 feet when 10’ is required and 2.8’ <br />currently exists. <br />4. Denial of the proposal due to the increases in structural coverage be>ond what is <br />allowed by Ordinance.
