EXHIBIT E <br />October 28,2003 <br />Bob & Janet Labalt <br />3202 North Shore Drive <br />Orono, MN 55391 <br />RE: 6(May Review Period Extension <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Labalt: <br />State law provides that Cities shall make decisions on zoning requests within 60 days <br />from the date of application, and that this review period may be e.xtcndcd by notification <br />to the applicant. Your application was received on September 5, 2003 and the 60-day <br />review period would end on November 4, 2003. However, because your application was <br />tabled by the City Council at the October 27, 2003 meeting, the earliest potential date of <br />final Council action falls after the 60-day period ends. Therefore, the 60-day review <br />period is hereby extended an addUionai 60 days to January 3,200^. <br />Please mail/fax/drop off a copy of this letter with your signature indicating that you have <br />been notified of this extension. The Cities mailing address is Post Office Box 66, Crystal <br />Bay, MN 55323 and our fax number is (952) 249-4616.
