Cocrection of violations required. <br />Tie o^ner wd/or occupant of any property upon which any work has been done in <br />violation of any building code or zoning requirement shall be responsible for obtaining a <br />peiTOt and/or for correcting, removing or abating such \iolation within 30 days after <br />notice from the city that such violation exists. <br />(Code 1984. § 12.02) <br />Sec. 78-1404.
