The <br />purpose of the inspection was to review the necessity of the existing paving along the north side of the home as <br />it relates to drainage. The homeowner was present and indicated the paving was installed to convey storm <br />water flows from the driveway to the rear or west side of the home. Based on our observations a vegetated <br />drainage swale could be constructed in place of the pavement along the north side of the home to provide an <br />equal or better drainage conveyance system to the rear of the home. <br />If you have any questions please call me at (6S1) 604-4863. <br />Yours very truly. <br />BONESTROO, ROSENE.
