Once the feasibility study is complete, they would bring it back to <br />Council and let them know what they recommend for the project. <br />Murphy moved, and Sanscvere seconded, to approve the MCWD moving to the next <br />step in the planning process for a water quality improvement project; holding an <br />informational meeting for the Stubbs Bay property owaers to discuss project options <br />and impacts and to obtain their input regarding a water quality improvement <br />project <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS—PAULINE BOUCHARD, <br />REPRESENTATIVE <br />Bouchard stated they were looking forward to the Work Session with Council. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS—DAVE RAHN, REPRESENTATIVE <br />None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Mr. Tom DeVeau of 680 Tonkawa Road stated that he was building on his property, and <br />in following the drainage plans approved by the City the area between the garage and <br />Tonkawa Road, where runoff is meant to cross the right-of-way, has developed a steep <br />swale, which he expects to become a problem in the winter with freezes. There had b<^ <br />a culvert under the driveway that handled the runoff. He would like to replace the culvert. <br />He requested Council encourage the City Engineer to work with him to replace the <br />culvert. <br />Kellogg stated he was not aware of that specific issue. Gappa and Gaffron stated they <br />were also not aware of that issue. Gaffron stated that they had held discussions for two <br />months about the drainage plans for that property, and culvert replacement had not yet <br />come up.
