The application was apparently not routed to the right Power Squadron member so as a <br />result it was returned late, and they have paid the appropriate late fee. The application exhibits no <br />changes fiom previous licenses. There have been no complaints regarding this joint use. <br />Staff recommends approval of a 2003 joint use dock license for the Minnetonka Power Squadron. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Adopt the attached resolution granting a 2003joint use dock license to Minnetonka Power Squadron. <br />Proposed Motion: Moved by__, seconded by__, to adopt Resolution No.____directing staff <br />to issue a joint use dock license to Minnetonka Power Squadron for the period of January 1,2003 to <br />December 31,2003.
