You were notified at that time that the deck replacement was in violation of <br />the City Ordinances. The City required removal of the deck or submission of a variance <br />application to seek City Council approval. As of this date the issue remains unresolved. <br />Therefore the City must again require you to remove the deck or to submit a variance <br />application. A deadline of 11/01/02 has been established. If this deadline is not met the City <br />will initiate legal action. A court appearance will be required.
